Украинскиот претседател Володимир Зеленски денеска изјави дека хеликоптерската несреќа во близина на Киев е „страшна трагедија“ што предизвика „неопислива“ болка.
Зеленски потврди дека најмалку 15 лица, меѓу кои три деца и украинскиот министер за внатрешни работи, загинаа во хеликоптерската несреќа во реонот на градинка во градот Бровари. На местото на несреќата избувнал пожар.
Локалните власти претходно проценија дека бројот на загинати е 18, но Зеленски рече дека точниот број на жртви се утврдува.
„Имав инструкции од службата за безбедност, во соработка со националната полиција на Украина и другите овластени тела, да ги утврди сите околности на она што се случи“, рече украинскиот претседател на Телеграм.
„Три деца штотуку починаа. Болката е неопислива“, додаде Зеленски и изрази сочувство до семејствата и пријателите на жртвите.
Министерот за внатрешни работи Денис Монастирски е највисокиот украински функционер кој загинал од почетокот на војната.
Шефот на националната полиција, Ихор Клименко, изјави дека загинале и заменикот министер Евхен Џенин и други високи функционери на Министерството за внатрешни работи.
Хеликоптерот припаѓал на државната служба за вонредни ситуации.
„Во моментот на трагедијата децата и вработените во институцијата беа во градинката. Сите сега се евакуирани“, напиша гувернерот на киевската област Олексеј Кулеба на Телеграм.
Гувернерот рече дека се повредени 29 лица, меѓу кои 15 деца.
Засега не е јасно што го предизвика падот на хеликоптерот во близина на градинката и станбената зграда.
Русија не коментираше, а украинските власти не спомнаа никаков руски напад во областа.
